Our Canadian board member Sanaz is a lawyer by trade but has been deeply entrenched in various businesses over the past 15 years. Her work as a lawyer helps with linear and outside-the-box thinking, while her business background is an asset when a high level view of the issues is required.

Sanaz is a French and English speaking in-house counsel with extensive corporate commercial experience and a generalist's breadth. In her twenty years of practice of law, the majority of her career has been dedicated to working in a variety of industries and environments, but the bulk of her work has been in telecommunications. Oddly enough, her passion lies in real estate development and not in the legal field.

Sanaz is also an avid humanitarian whose drive to help others has led her to work for the red cross/red crescent movement for some years.
